About Camila

I am a piano teacher with over 9 years of experience teaching both in-person and online. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance with a Pedagogy focus. My lessons emphasise sight-reading fluency, score analysis, and interpreting complex classical repertoire. I adapt each lesson to the student’s individual needs. The Jazz Pianist and The Pop Player are central tools in guiding students. Students receive consistent feedback to refine technique and expression. Lessons balance structured skill-building with free musical experimentation. Improvisation exercises help students play confidently on the spot. Creative freedom and musical spontaneity are encouraged from the very first lesson. Students are supported in discovering their unique voice. Techniques are adapted to individual skill levels, from beginner to advanced. Every session develops both technical skill and artistic expression. By the end, students can improvise melodies and harmonies fluently. The goal is to make students confident creators at the piano.
