About Jessica
I’m an experienced educator with a strong background in reading instruction and academic support for students of all abilities. Over the years, I’ve worked with learners who range from early readers to high school students preparing for college and careers. As a certified reading specialist, I use evidence-based practices from the Science of Reading to help students build strong decoding, comprehension, and writing skills. I’ve also supported students with IEPs and learning differences, creating individualized plans that target their unique goals. My approach is patient, encouraging, and data-driven — focused on progress, confidence, and long-term success. I believe every student can grow with the right support, and I’m passionate about helping them discover their strengths as learners.
