About Sira
With over 4 years of experience, I specialise in teaching Architecture to college students, helping them understand both the technical and creative aspects of the field. My teaching style is focused on clear communication, empathy, and hands-on learning. I believe in fostering a strong foundation of architectural principles while encouraging students to think creatively and critically. I use innovative methods, such as interactive design projects, real-world case studies, and virtual tours of iconic buildings, to bring lessons to life. This approach not only deepens students' understanding but also makes learning engaging and practical. I also incorporate technology, using architectural software to give students a feel for industry-standard tools. My goal is to inspire students to think outside the box while providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the competitive world of architecture. My teaching approach for Architecture is centred around clear communication, empathy, flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and integrity. I believe that effective communication is key to helping students understand complex architectural concepts. Empathy plays a big role in how I teach; I understand that architecture can be challenging, so I create a safe environment where students can ask questions and explore ideas freely. I also recognise the importance of cultural sensitivity, as architecture often involves understanding different perspectives and contexts. I focus on flexibility, adjusting my teaching methods to suit each student's pace and learning style. Integrity is at the core of my teaching, and I strive to be honest and transparent, ensuring students gain both technical knowledge and ethical insights into the field. In addition to Architecture, I can also teach related subjects, helping students build a well-rounded skill set.
