About Maja

I am an experienced Singing tutor with 15 years of teaching High School and College students. I have successfully taught over 250 students, helping them improve their vocal techniques, performance skills, and confidence. My teaching philosophy focuses on positivity, encouragement, and personalised instruction, so every student feels supported while growing as a singer.

I teach breath control, vocal technique, pitch, tone, expression, and performance skills, and I encourage students to explore different music genres. Many of my students have participated in competitions, concerts, and college events, receiving recognition for their progress and talent.

I also integrate music theory and ear training to provide students with a well-rounded musical education. My lessons are structured yet fun, helping students stay motivated and enjoy the process of learning.

My goal is to help students find their unique voice, perform confidently, and love music for life. I believe every student has potential, and my lessons are designed to help them achieve their goals while having fun along the way.

About the lesson

I teach singing with a strong focus on adaptability, creativity, and positive guidance. Every student has a unique learning style, and I structure my lessons to meet individual needs, whether through listening exercises, visual aids, or practice routines.

Creativity is encouraged through improvisation, exploring genres, and experimenting with vocal techniques. Using diplomacy, I provide feedback that is constructive and motivating, helping students improve without fear or pressure.

In addition to singing, I cover subjects that enhance overall musical development, such as music theory, rhythm, ear training, sight-reading, and vocal technique. I also focus on performance skills, including expression, stage presence, and interpretation of lyrics.

My lessons aim to create a balance between technical precision and artistic freedom, allowing students to develop both skill and personal style.

Whether the goal is casual singing, personal growth, or preparing for auditions, I offer a nurturing and engaging learning environment that inspires confidence, creativity, and a deep love for music.
