Hi, I’m Nawang Lobsang, a seasoned fitness professional with 7+ years of experience transforming lives through personalized fitness training. Cf level 1 Trainer, I bring a unique combination of expertise in weightlifting, Strength & Conditioning, and Postnatal Fitness.

Teaching Techniques and Methods:
I believe in a hands-on, personalized approach to fitness training, designed to push your limits safely while focusing on proper form and injury prevention. My sessions are customized to align with your fitness goals, whether it’s weight loss, strength building, postnatal recovery, or overall fitness improvement. I incorporate a mix of functional training, and strength conditioning, with a special focus on mobility and flexibility for a holistic experience. As a C1-certified trainer, I emphasize technical precision and injury prevention throughout the process.
Structure of a Typical Class:
Each session begins with a comprehensive warm-up and mobility drills to prepare the body. This is followed by targeted exercises depending on the day’s focus—whether it’s strength, endurance, or skill development. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) and functional movements are often included to challenge your stamina and strength. The class ends with a cool-down, stretching, and recovery techniques, promoting proper muscle recovery and reducing the risk of injury.
