About Yolande
I am passionate about helping students develop a genuine understanding and appreciation of Religious Studies and Philosophy. Having taught for 11 years, I particularly enjoy helping students who may lack confidence to recognise their potential and develop the skills they need to succeed. I want to use my experience as a qualified teacher and GCSE examiner to provide supportive, personalised tuition that not only strengthens students’ knowledge but also helps them think critically, construct well-developed arguments and approach examinations with confidence.

I am a qualified teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have specialised in Religious Studies since 2015. I have 11 years' experience teaching secondary-school students aged 11–18 and have been a GCSE Religious Studies examiner since 2017.
I have taught AQA GCSE Religious Studies in Christianity, Islam and Buddhism, as well as A-Level Religious Studies and A-Level Philosophy.
