About Martina
With 9 years of tutoring experience, I teach Guitar to school-level learners, college students, and working professionals. I enjoy helping students discover their musical abilities.
My teaching philosophy focuses on clear explanation and practice-based learning. I believe students learn best when lessons are simple and well-organised. I adjust lessons according to individual learning speed.
My teaching includes guitar fundamentals, chords, scales, rhythm training, strumming techniques, picking patterns, fingerstyle introduction, and song practice. Basic music theory is also taught.
Many of my students have performed confidently at school and college events. Watching students grow musically is my proudest achievement.
I aim to make guitar learning enjoyable and effective for every student.

My teaching methodology is designed to make Guitar learning simple, practical, and enjoyable. I believe students learn best when lessons are connected to real-life music experiences. I use familiar songs, real practice examples, and small case studies to explain Guitar concepts clearly.
I start by understanding the student’s background, goals, and learning style. Communication is patient and respectful, creating a positive learning environment. I explain concepts clearly and repeat important techniques until students feel confident.
Integrity is an essential part of my teaching philosophy. I focus on correct posture, finger techniques, and honest feedback. Guitar lessons include chord transitions, strumming patterns, rhythm accuracy, scales, and musical expression. Along with Guitar, I also teach related subjects such as basic music theory, ear training, rhythm exercises, and song interpretation to support complete musical understanding.
