About Matteo

I am a passionate Singing tutor with 11 years of experience teaching over 250 High School and College students. I focus on helping students improve vocal technique, performance skills, and musical expression. My teaching philosophy is to adapt lessons to each student’s needs, combining structured learning with creativity and encouragement. I cover breathing exercises, pitch and tone improvement, and stage performance skills.

Several of my students have excelled in competitions and school or college events, earning recognition for their singing. I aim to build confidence, nurture creativity, and inspire a lifelong love for music in every student. Each lesson is designed to be enjoyable, engaging, and effective in helping students achieve their goals.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching Singing is based on flexibility, creativity, and respectful communication. I understand that every student’s voice and learning process is unique. I adapt my teaching methods to suit visual, listening, or practice-based learners.

Lessons focus on proper warm-ups, breathing control, pitch accuracy, tone development, and expressive singing. Creativity is encouraged through song interpretation, vocal exploration, and emotional connection to music. This helps students develop their own singing style.

Diplomacy is essential in my teaching. I guide students with patience and positivity, helping them overcome fear and build confidence. I ensure that feedback is clear, kind, and motivating.

In addition to Singing, I also teach related subjects such as basic music theory, rhythm training, ear training, vocal health, diction, microphone handling, and performance preparation. These skills support better vocal control and stage confidence.

My goal is to help students become confident singers who enjoy music, practice consistently, and express themselves honestly through their voice.
