I have proven expertise in teaching face-to-face lecture, online modes and hybrid method. I am proficient in using various teaching methods, tools and materials. For example, in a face-to-face lecture, I always focus on active participation from students in the classroom. Thus, I prefer to use participatory methods such as brainstorming, short lectures, questions-answers, case studies, role-plays, storytelling, audio-video, simulation and demonstration. In my learning, the best practice of teaching and tutorial method is to make a connection to students’ real-life situations and focus on real professional life. Thus, student or trainees will actively participate or be curious about the subject matters.
