About Tafadzwa
I am a qualified Biology/ Life Science and Physics teacher with five years experience of temporary teaching and 1 year teaching experience as a student teacher at a secondary school. I am a holder of a Diploma in Secondary Education specialised with Biology and Physics from the University of Zimbabwe, associate college (Belvedere Technical Teachers Collection) .

I have alternative teaching strategies. I usually master on the demonstrative methodology with diagramatical flip charts in a one on one situation. Biology/Life Science and Physics are practical subjects, it requires learner hands on hence i use individual and group experiments. In a classroom setup i use pair discussions and group discussions with a report back where i will explain concepts in detail after the discussions. Usually my lessons have three structures........
1. Introduction to the topic - done by an individual learner or the teacher
2. Body (lesson development) - this comprises of the lesson activities. Pupil to pupil interaction or teacher to pupil interaction depending with the lesson methodology.
3. Conclusion - is actually enveloping my lesson. It can be done by a learner or by the teacher. Mostly i use questioning methodology during this last phase and this marks the end of my lesson...
To be precise, i use the ADDIE model to deliver my lessons.
