Namaste :)
My name is Destinee and I have been a practitioner of yoga for 9 years. I received my teacher training at Yogaview in 2025 and since then I have taught in citywide public events and personal one-on-one. I am passionate about helping others on their wellness journey. I love to cook, hike and strength train.

Each lesson begins with an exploration of your baseline working knowledge of Yoga. We will focus on proper alignment of each posture. I love to incorporate breathwork and hands on assist in all lessons. Style of lesson may be picked based on your goals and current practice needs.
