About Gianni
I am a violin tutor with 13+ years of experience, teaching around 300 students across different levels. I work with high school students, college learners, and adults who want to learn or improve their violin skills.
My teaching philosophy is based on consistency, patience, and encouragement. I believe that steady practice and the right guidance can bring great results. I focus on building strong basics and gradually introducing more advanced techniques. A key achievement in my journey is helping students perform with confidence and enjoy music. I aim to make learning violin simple, structured, and motivating.

I teach violin with a student-centred approach that prioritises communication, flexibility, and practical application. Each student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to their abilities, pace, and learning preferences. My lessons cover essential techniques such as posture, bowing, fingering, tone quality, and phrasing, while encouraging musical creativity and expression.
I use real-life examples such as learning popular songs, performing in small recitals, and understanding how music is applied in everyday life to make lessons engaging.
I also integrate supporting subjects like music theory, rhythm practice, ear training, sight-reading, and basic keyboard skills to help students develop a complete understanding of music. My goal is to make violin lessons enjoyable, structured, and confidence-building.
