About Maxine

I am an arts student who is very passionate about humanity and culture. I started my art journey as a fashion designer, and later transferred to costume, sculpture, and abstract pattern designs. I have designed costumes for for Melbourne University theatre shows and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Currently working as a freelance art installer.

About the lesson

I am good at guiding students to find their own inspiration. Once students get an idea of what they want to do, I will help and guide them to come into the next step. I always encourage my student to think outside the box. It’s a very important skill to have as an artist.

Excellent! Maxine was professional, understanding and very talented. However unfortunately my daughter was s bit too young for Maxine's teaching methodology. So we could not continue the classes. Thanks for taking the time Maxine.
