About Maxine
I graduated with a fashion design degree from UCA Epsom. Since then I’ve ran my own children’s wear brand. At the moment I’m a teaching assistant in primary schools across London hoping to qualify as a teacher in 2021. Fashion is a favourite hobby of mine which I never want to let go and I believe knowing how to sew is a great skill to have especially in this climate where mass production is at an all time high and a lot of people are interested in reducing their carbon footprint.

I base my classes on step by step methods. I want to make sure everyone understands what they’re doing and why they’re doing it before we move on. I also like to encourage my students to make notes and take pictures of the step by step processes so they can have it for their personal reference.
