About Susanna

I am a fashion designer based in London and currently working at Robert Wun, where I contribute across every stage of the design process. My work focuses on couture, textile development, womenswear construction, embroidery, and embellishment.
I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Fashion Design from University of Westminster (2019–2023), where I developed a strong foundation in garment construction, textile experimentation, and research-led design. Prior to this, I completed a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design (Fashion and Textiles) at Leeds Arts University (2018–2019).
I also gained valuable experience as an Atelier Assistant at Viktor & Rolf in Amsterdam, where I supported collection development, textile experimentation, and runway preparations for Paris Haute Couture Week and international shows. In addition, my experience at HOFA Gallery in Mayfair strengthened my skills in visual communication, branding, and creative project coordination.

About the lesson

As a tutor, I am passionate about helping aspiring designers gain admission to leading fashion schools such as Central Saint Martins, London College of Fashion, Parsons School of Design, University of Westminster, Polimoda, and Accademia Costume & Moda, among others.

I support students in developing standout portfolios, personal statements, cover letters, CVs, and professional portfolios for internships and entry-level roles in the fashion industry.

I also offer guidance for university admissions interviews and internship interviews, helping students present their work with confidence and clarity.

Being Italian and having studied and worked internationally, I can provide tailored advice for applications to both UK and Italian fashion schools.

My teaching covers fashion illustration, hand drawing and painting, textile and fabric experimentation, embroidery and embellishment, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, mixed-media experimentation, and a wide range of fashion crafts.

Whether you are applying to university, preparing for interviews, or looking to refine your creative practice, I aim to help you build confidence, technical skills, and a distinctive personal vision.
