About Kacey
Hi, I'm Kacey — a writer and customer service professional based in Tarlac City, Central Luzon, with a genuine passion for the English language and helping others find their voice in it.
My professional experience handling a US customer service account has sharpened my American English communication skills in real, fast-paced, and professional settings — giving me a practical edge that goes beyond academic knowledge. As a writer, I bring creativity, precision, and a deep appreciation for language into everything I do and teach.
I am also a Civil Engineering student, a Stanford University Code in Place alumna, and an AWS AI & ML Scholar — credentials that reflect my discipline, dedication, and commitment to continuous growth across multiple fields.
