About Maryam
I am an aspiring teacher, who is willing to put the time and effort to create a study plan that not only helps you in your weaker subject areas but also encourages spending time on subjects you feel confident in to ensure you feel capable and empowered in education. I am dedicated, organised and have a vast amount of educational resources including textbooks and past papers to help support your learning.

I have an individualised approach to teaching. Every student has specific needs and pace when it comes to learning. I aim to encourage students and create a study plan that feels achievable and well suited to their individual educational goals.
Classes are 1:1, and can be 1-2 hours long. I am experienced across ages 6-15.
Classes begin with a short assessment for me to understand a student's level at a subject. Then a conversation with the students about any concerns in their subject. I will then curate a 4-week plan to improve in specific subject areas, according to the students' needs.
I have worked with students with learning difficulties such as speech impediments and English as a second language, and I am happy to accommodate their needs.
