About Ellis
I’m a final-year Economics student with a strong interest in finance, econometrics and game theory, and I’m currently on track for a First. Having recently completed the same modules and exams, I understand where students struggle and how to explain concepts in a clear, practical way.
I enjoy helping others build confidence and improve their understanding, particularly by simplifying complex ideas and focusing on what actually gets marks in exams. My approach is friendly, patient and results-driven, aiming to help students improve quickly and feel more confident in their ability.

I take a structured, exam-focused approach to tutoring, aimed at helping students both understand core concepts and apply them effectively in exams. As a final-year Economics student specialising in economics, finance and econometrics (achieving 77.5% in Modern Finance and 70%+ in coursework), I understand exactly what examiners look for.
