I always like to innovate and stimulate in-depth discussions on topics within the syllabus as I believe this enables the student to capture different ideas and viewpoints from other students and it is proven that this helps the student retain the information on that subject. I have a blackboard wall at home in order to write up discussion notes and also give the students learning visuals.
I have the motivational skills to enable the student to achieve each of their personal goals in their academic work and being both friendly and personable students feel comfortable talking to me about any questions or queries they may have knowing I will listen carefully and respond as constructively as possible.
I encourage students to find diverse and unexpected solutions to a variety of problems allowing them to embrace challenges better this transferable skill is essential for both their academic work and in day to day life.
