I approach students individual needs through self reported difficulties or identification in quiz/test format. I'm flexible and will adapt to help work through problems that people are struggling with, promoting understanding with the real life relevance of maths.
I try to make sure the sessions as interactive and mix explanations with problem solving.
Teaching preferences are for those undertaking GCSE and lower qualifications/exams.
