About Temi
Hi, I’m Temi! I have a strong academic background from the UK education system and genuinely enjoy helping students feel more confident in their learning. Growing up much younger with siblings, I often helped with homework and studying!
I aim to create a calm, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through challenges at their own pace. My focus is on clear explanations, building confidence, and developing good study habits alongside improving subject understanding.

My teaching focuses on building understanding and confidence rather than memorization. I begin by identifying a student’s strengths, challenges, and learning style, then tailor sessions to their needs. A typical lesson includes reviewing previous material, explaining key concepts step-by-step, guided practice, and applying skills through examples or exam-style questions. I encourage active participation and questions to help students develop independent learning habits.
What sets me apart is my medical training, which has strengthened my communication, patience, and ability to explain complex ideas clearly. Lessons are suitable for middle school and high school students needing support in English, study skills, and foundational math or science, especially those looking to improve confidence and academic organization.
