About Juliette
I am currently studying for a BA in German and Politics at the University of Manchester and am passionate about helping other students of German - whether they also have a love for the language or find it quite intimidating. I have previous experience tutoring secondary school German and have helped previous students to raise their grades by as much as four levels. I encourage students to ask as many questions as they need to - there is no such thing as a silly question!

Lessons are focused on either a specific grammar point or type of exam question and consist of a detailed explanation of the topic, followed by a grammar exercise or practice exam question. I am sure to include ambitious level-appropriate vocabulary in the session's work (paying specific attention to pronunciation), which the student is encouraged to consolidate and is tested on in the following session. I have previous experience tutoring exam-year students, having helped to raise grades by 4 points on the grade scale. I offer either 30 minute or 1 hour sessions for GCSE and A-Level students.
