About Molemo
I am someone who believes in growth, discipline, and leading by example. As a B.Ed student, I am passionate about helping others develop not only academically but personally. I value confidence, consistency, and creating positive spaces where people feel motivated to improve themselves. Whether in the classroom or in a fitness setting, I bring energy, structure, and encouragement because I believe real progress happens when we challenge ourselves and support each other at the same time.

With me, will be doing calisthenics which means using your own body to build real strength. Squats, push ups, planks. The kind of exercises that actually tone you up and make you feel powerful. Then we add skipping to boost your stamina and coordination. Within a few weeks, you’ll notice you’re not getting tired easily and your body feels lighter and more in control.
And we’re not doing this in silence. There’ll be music, timed challenges, team rounds, and friendly competition. You’ll push yourself, but you’ll also laugh and enjoy it.
