About the painting for beginner want to have there own art in short term, I prefer give in you a simple painting by myself or a photo. Then, I will analyze it like how to sketch, paint and use materials. After that, I will give you materials to create your own work. You can create everything if you want. It will take 3h/pic so it will suitable for busy people.
About learning technique, we will work on some objects such as square, human head, or cup. To learn about the value, transparent, shape, and how to use materials like pencil, charcoal, and watercolor. It will take 2 times/week and work at least 3 hours.
