About Ryan

I lead with results—and the training to back them up. I’m culinary school–trained in classical French techniques, spent 10 years in fine dining under James Beard–nominated chefs (with features in Food & Wine, Sunset, and local press), and served as an Executive Chef at a winery. I’m also a WA State–credentialed 2nd year culinary arts teacher with 14 years of Olympic/National swim coaching experience and 12 years of private instruction, plus paraeducator experience supporting special needs learners. All coaching is live on Zoom and tailored to your goals, gear, and needs. Have letters of recommendation upon request.
