About Solomon

I have been passionate about gaming since I was 4 years old. Over the past years, my love for it has evolved from a pure hobby into a deep fascination with game philosophy, interactive design, and what it truly takes to make an experience resonate with players.

Alongside development, my big personal passion is self-improvement and philosophy. I believe that a great game production isn't just about managing timelines and tracking tickets; it's entirely about managing people and bringing the strengths of everyone’s personality together to make something unique.

Stoicism and continuous self-improvement into my workflow helps me build self accountability important for anyone in a leadership role, helping cross-functional teams highly motivated, and maintain a calm, structured perspective when handling high-stakes.

As a 22-year-old First-Class graduate I bridge the gap between academic theory, indie grit, and major studio pipelines. I know exactly what it takes to navigate university project pressures, manage indie teams, and deliver at an industry level.

Agile & Scrum- Learn how to run effective production loops. I can teach you how to arrange and run professional Sprints, Sprint Retrospectives, and Sprint Planning meetings.

Pipelines- Benefit from my experience writing release notes and managing live updates delivered directly to massive studio stakeholders.

Communication- Coordination across industry pipelines using professional setups in Slack and Discord.

Scope- I have managed teams across multiple platforms, including client-facing threat detection projects in Metaverse/VR, various university teams via game jams, and I am currently part of a new indie team.

QA- Learn how to bridge production and testing, utilising my experience handling quality testing in both corporate and indie studio environments.
