About Akanni
Hello future students and parents!
My name is Sodiq Akanni, an M.Sc. student in Food and Industrial Microbiology at Lagos State University (LASU), a motivated first-class graduate of B.Sc. Microbiology from the same university, where I finished as the best graduating student of my department and a consistent top-of-the-class achiever. With a JAMB score of over 300 and a strong background in both mathematics and science, I bring proven academic excellence to my teaching.
I have over four years of teaching experience in Nigeria and more than a year of experience teaching UK students, giving me valuable insight into different learning styles and academic systems. My teaching approach is simple: I break lessons into clear, manageable steps that match your pace. Together, we’ll turn confusion into understanding, build your confidence, and make learning enjoyable. I want you to stay curious, ask questions freely, and see that tackling challenges can be both fun and rewarding.
