About Isabel
I’m a friendly and approachable Biomedical Science graduate with First Class Honors, specializing in Pharmacology and Physiology. I’m passionate about science and love helping others understand concepts that can initially seem complicated. I’m patient, encouraging, and believe students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I’m currently working in the medical device industry, and I enjoy bringing real-world biomedical knowledge into my teaching. I’m excited to help students build both their Biology knowledge and confidence.

I’m a First Class Honors Biomedical Science graduate, specializing in Pharmacology and Physiology. I teach NCEA Biology Levels 1–3 online, with a particular focus on helping students understand physiology and biological concepts rather than simply memorizing them. Lessons are typically 60 minutes and tailored to each student’s level, learning style, and goals. I use clear explanations, diagrams, practice questions, and exam-style questions to build confidence and help students work towards Merit and Excellence.
