About Niki
I am Niki :) I grew up in Germany where I attended an international school through an academic scholarship and completed the IB diploma with 41 points. I have been studying Management with Finance at Warwick Business School since October 2020 and am have recently completed a placement at IBM in London as well as a summer internship at Deutsche Bank. In my placement and summer internship, I learned a variety of new skills including coding and financial modeling. I am incredibly passionate about Maths, Economics, Sciences, and German as those subjects I took as my higher-level classes during the IB. Due to my strength in these subjects, I started working as a tutor at the age of 17 as I love guiding students in their understanding of a variety of subject matters and supporting students to work more independently to develop confidence when approaching challenges

As a tutor, I am looking forward to breaking down complex questions into sub-components and following a 'step-by-step" approach in which the student and myself set a goal together, create an intuitive learning plan and work as a team to meet the goal. I have heard from my previous students that they admire my positive and uplifting attitude at all times which is one of my key priorities. No matter how frustrating a problem may seem it is my responsibility as a tutor to be a supporting force and never allow my student to question his/her abilities.
