About Jake
I have been Acting for as long as I can Remember, and have been getting paid in immersive theatre since the age of 15, now doing this full time. As much as I love acting myself, my true goal and first desire was to teach. Through my experiences I can safely say what acting methods do and don't work, for me! But each person is different, I won't push a certain method on you, but hope we can work together to figure out what works for you and how to develop it further.

Personalised. There are too many different Practitioners and methods to count And I have found that what works for one might not work for me or you. I try to simplify certain methods to make each one accessible so that together we can establish what does and doesn't work for you. Improvisation and Immersive Theatre. My skills have improved so much whilst working full time as an immersive actor. This specialisation keeps you as a performer on your toes. Even as a learning tool immersive theatre has incredible credit, I teach and encourage the use of improvisation, immersive and method acting in the safest way possible. Online. With how the industry is evolving the ability to perform to a screen has never been so important. Using online lessons, together we can shape your performance so that you are self tape ready. Using methods I've gained from years of Drama school training. Writing. As a keen playwright myself I also offer my assistance in any writing projects you may have. Writing and Acting go hand in hand, I incorporate writing into my teaching to further develop both skills. I offer a free lesson the first time we look over a self-written script.
