Vincent P.,
After 4 years of young firefighters, I have been a volunteer firefighter for 2 years.
In sports study, I am a high level practitioner.
I adapt my diet and my daily life to this intensive practice of sport!
My ambition is to reach special forces units in the army and I've been working for this for years! [N ] Young (18 years old) and dynamic, you will love my workouts if you like to surpass yourself!

A travers la pratique du CrossFit mais également des conseils en nutrition et qualité de vie .
Cela fait maintenant deux mois qu'il me coach.
J'ai déja pris 2 kg de muscles grâce à lui !
