I’m a fitness enthusiast and former boxer with a strong passion for combat sports, conditioning, and staying active. I enjoy helping people discover a fun and effective way to improve their fitness through body-combat exercises, boxing-inspired workouts, and conditioning. My goal is to make training approachable, challenging, and enjoyable for every student.

My classes combine body-combat movements, boxing-inspired exercises, cardio, strength training, and conditioning to create an engaging full-body workout. Sessions are adapted to your fitness level and goals, whether you are a complete beginner or already active. The focus is on improving stamina, strength, coordination, confidence, and overall fitness while keeping every session challenging and enjoyable.
