About Dan
I am a fitness nut! I recently became a fitness instructor and have been personal training clients in my local area for about two years.I also teach self defence and some clients wish to mix the two so that they get a perfect workout and also learn how to look after themselves and loved ones! I base my workouts mainly outside of the gym environment and prefer to use the great outdoors or the clients choice of location or my home as gyms can be very intimidating.I would love to start training clients online and spread my massive passion even further! I am extremely calm and patient with clients especially nervous clients or novices and will set people at ease so that they love training as much as i do and achieve the results they desire!

My teaching method is based around the clients experience fitness level and personal needs and requirements.I am calm,patient and understanding so i can teach i a slow patient manner or even in a hardcore highly disciplined military style manner! Horses for courses! I am extremely friendly and extremely passionate about what i do and that always rubs off on to my clients also!

My rates are low as i believe people should not be charged a fortune for help to stay fit and healthy.All i ask is if you wish to cancel a lesson that you give me at least one hours notice and i would never charge for a valid reason
