About David
Basically, I am a 21 years old student currently pursuing B. Com. I don't currently have a degree of a nutritionist but I love maintaining a healthy body and brain for a better life. I've done research throughout online and offline about nutrition and science behind working out and how the whole process works. I believe fitness is not a journey it's a way of living our lives. I've trained many people through their nutrition and workouts.

As a teacher I would love to share whatever I have learnt about fitness for more than three years now. My technique is simple. I start from the 1. Basics and once you is capable of handling it I move to the next step i.e. the 2. Intermediate.
This is a teaching for everyone. No matter how fat,skinny,short,tall,young,old you are you have the right to stay healthy.
