My fitness classes are designed for beginners and intermediate learners who want to build strength, flexibility, endurance, and confidence. I combine bodyweight training, mobility exercises, martial arts-inspired movements, and functional fitness techniques. Inspired by disciplined and athletic fictional heroes, the training focuses on real-world fitness, agility, balance, and healthy lifestyle habits.
