About Jo
With 6 years of experience in piano teaching and professional work, I am passionate about helping students grow through music. I teach piano to school and college students, supporting them at different levels of learning.
A major highlight of my career has been helping beginners gain confidence and develop discipline through consistent practice.
I believe this builds not only musical skill but also patience and focus. My teaching style is simple, encouraging, and flexible, allowing students to learn at their own pace. I aim to inspire a lifelong interest in piano and music.

My teaching methodology for piano follows a clear, creative, and structured approach based on motivation, communication, integrity, and creativity. I design lessons that suit each student’s learning pace while maintaining steady progress. Motivation is built by combining technical exercises with songs students enjoy, helping them stay interested and confident.
Communication is simple and supportive, with clear explanations and demonstrations to ensure understanding. Integrity plays an important role in my teaching as I focus on correct technique, hand coordination, rhythm control, and reading music accurately. Creativity is developed by encouraging musical expression, dynamics, and personal interpretation.
In addition to piano, I teach music theory, chord progressions, sight-reading, rhythm training, ear training, and basic improvisation to strengthen overall musicianship.
