About Melanie
I’m known for being patient, compassionate, and adaptable, and I naturally adjust my teaching style to each learner. Some students need structure, others need encouragement, and many need both. I enjoy making lessons hands-on, playful when appropriate, and grounded in real-life use of French.
Alongside language tutoring, I have extensive experience working with families and children, including neurodivergent learners. This has shaped a teaching approach that is emotionally aware, calm, and supportive, especially for students who feel anxious or discouraged by traditional classroom settings.
