About Parker

As a piano tutor with seven years of experience, I am deeply passionate about empowering students through music education. I teach school and college students with patience, clarity, and enthusiasm. My teaching journey has been shaped by my belief that music can positively transform lives by building confidence and discipline.

Over the years, I have helped many learners progress from simple scales to advanced performances with steady improvement. A meaningful milestone in my career was mentoring students who participated in competitions and performed confidently on stage.

I focus on strong fundamentals, consistent practice habits, and expressive playing techniques. I adapt my lessons to meet each student’s needs and goals, ensuring personalized guidance.

My ultimate aim is to develop passionate pianists who carry their love for music throughout their lives while growing into confident and determined individuals.

About the lesson

I follow a student-centered piano teaching approach that balances technical skill, theory, and artistic expression. Motivation helps students stay dedicated and consistent in their practice, while achievable goals and positive reinforcement maintain confidence and enthusiasm.

Communication is clear, interactive, and patient, making complex concepts like chord transitions, scale patterns, dynamics, rhythm, articulation, and expressive phrasing easy to understand. Integrity ensures lessons are professional, well-structured, and focused on genuine improvement.

Creativity is an essential part of my teaching, allowing students to improvise, compose melodies, and explore various musical styles. In addition to piano, I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, and rhythm development to ensure complete musicianship.
