About Minakshi
I have been speaking in Hindi from the day I said anything. I wholeheartedly believe learning a language brings us closer to people, their culture, their food and opens up a world of new things to us which we didn't know or couldn't understand before.
I love languages! As a consumer of all kinds of media I just believe in the simple math "the more languages you know the more entertainment you can consume" lol
As a Bollywood junkie, literature lover, and a singing queen Hindi is close to my heart in all sense. its my thinking language.
Also, as a new parent who will at some point have to teach their kid how to speak in Hindi, and as someone living far away from my motherland, I assure you, I need this as much as you do.
Lastly, the best way to learn a language is to watch shows in it, movies in it and TALK a lot in it. And those are some of my favorite things to do :)
