East Meets West. My classes are specifically tailored for your needs. I will guide you step by step on preparing fantastic biryani or sourdough breads or anything that you fancy. Biryani - Did you know, there are different influences and affluences in a humble dish like biryani. "Biryani" means stewing rice and meat together and what was once war food sustenance for the Parsi soldiers, 300 years later, it is now our staple, star dish of an Indian household. I have perfected the recipe for Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani and Ambur Chicken Biryani. I am more than happy to share my knowledge in preparing the Royal Biryanis. Sourdough - You will learn about wild yeast fermentation and sourdough bread baking from A-Z. Once you understand the basics of wild yeast, starter building, starter management and dough handling, you will master sourdough in no time. You will be learning from my home, thus you would need to free half a day for the lessons.
