About Muhammad Ashraf
I am a Food Science Technology graduate with a strong interest in nutrition, food science, and healthy living. During my university studies, I developed knowledge in Nutrition Science and gained experience guiding junior students during Nutrition classes. I also participated in community programs where I applied my nutrition knowledge to promote awareness of healthy eating and balanced diets. I enjoy teaching because I believe scientific knowledge becomes more valuable when it can be explained clearly and applied in everyday life. As a tutor, I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping students understand difficult concepts in a simple and practical way while building their confidence in Nutrition Science.

I teach Nutrition Science using clear explanations, practical examples, simple notes, and step-by-step guidance to help students understand important concepts rather than simply memorizing them. My lessons typically last around 60 minutes and can be adjusted according to the student’s learning needs. I have a degree background in Food Science Technology, where I studied Nutrition and related subjects, and I also gained experience teaching and assisting junior students during on-site Nutrition classes. My lessons are suitable for secondary school, diploma, and undergraduate students who need additional support in Nutrition Science. I can cover topics such as nutrients and their functions, healthy and balanced diets, dietary requirements, food composition, digestion and absorption, diet planning, and basic nutritional calculations. My aim is to create a comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions freely and build confidence in understanding and applying nutrition concepts.
