About Dwe
I’ve been playing football since I was 7 years old, with several years of structured academy training followed by competitive amateur football. Football has always been a big part of my life, and over the years I’ve developed a strong interest in understanding the technical and physical side of the game.
As a coach, I enjoy working closely with players and helping them improve through structured, purposeful training. I’m patient with beginners but also enjoy challenging players who want to push themselves further.
I believe improvement comes from good fundamentals, consistent practice, and being willing to learn. My aim is to create a training environment where players can work hard, enjoy the game, and see their own progress over time.

My sessions focus on building a strong technical foundation and developing the individual player.
Training is centred around ball mastery, first touch, passing, dribbling, 1v1s, movement, coordination, and finishing, with a strong emphasis on repetition and proper technique.
I also include speed, agility, and explosiveness work to help players become sharper and more comfortable with the ball.
Rather than simply running through drills, I aim to explain the purpose behind each exercise and gradually challenge players to apply what they learn in more realistic situations.
Sessions are adapted to the player’s current ability and goals, whether they are starting out, returning to football, or looking to improve their overall game.
