About PV
I'm a former commercial pilot who spent years flying the Airbus A320 before making an unconventional shift into AI education. That transition wasn't random. After years of high-stakes, discipline-driven work in aviation, I found myself drawn to a different kind of impact: helping people who feel intimidated by technology actually understand and use it.
Today, I'm the Co-founder and Lead Trainer at AI for Nonprofits, an educational platform reaching learners across 150+ countries, and I serve as Director & Strategy Partner at HOP AI Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to ethical AI adoption. I also authored a 500+ page guidebook of practical AI prompts, and I'm a Google Gemini Certified Educator.
What drives me is simple: I believe children should grow up curious about AI, not afraid of it. I've personally taught AI concepts to 50+ school students, turning complex ideas into fun, relatable lessons using stories, examples, and hands-on activities they actually enjoy. My goal is to help kids build confidence with technology early, so they see AI as a tool they can control and create with, not something mysterious or intimidating.
