About Eden
I am a dedicated swimming coach with experience as a Head Coach, passionate about helping students build confidence and essential water skills. I believe swimming is an important life skill, and I enjoy guiding each student to progress at their own pace in a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to make every lesson enjoyable while helping students overcome fear, gain confidence, and develop strong swimming fundamentals for life.

My coaching approach focuses on building water confidence first, followed by structured skill progression based on each student’s level. I use a patient, step-by-step method with clear demonstrations and positive reinforcement. Lessons are typically 60 minutes, tailored for children aged 5 and above as well as beginner swimmers. With experience as a Head Coach, I emphasize safety, consistency, and helping students progress comfortably at their own pace.
