• 1) What age did you start playing sport? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.

  I started playing football at the age of 5 when my mum took me to football training for the first time. Funny enough, I didn't take part in the session at all that day. My family actually thought I wouldn't be into sports at all. But over time, something clicked. I slowly began to enjoy it more and more, and before long, I was going every week. That early hesitation turned into a deep passion, and football's been a big part of my life ever since.

• 2) What are your favourite sports; those that you practice at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you'd still like to discover?

  My favourite sports are football and boxing/MMA. I've played football at a high level for most of my life, and I really enjoy watching MMA-it's something I follow closely. In the summer, I love swimming when the weather's nice; it's more of a relaxing hobby for me. One sport I'd love to discover is rock climbing, especially outdoors in nature. It looks like the perfect mix of physical challenge and adventure.

• 3) What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your sport?

  For me, it's not really about motivation-I don't rely on it. If I enjoy the sport, then I'm disciplined enough to commit to it. I know that if I want to improve, I have to work hard and stay consistent every day. Discipline always shows up, even when motivation doesn't. When I like the sport, I naturally put in the effort because I want to get better.

• 4) Do you have a sporting achievement that you're particularly proud of?

  One of the sporting achievements I'm most proud of is playing professional football. I've had the opportunity to play professionally in Sweden and also compete in the highest league in Morocco. Reaching that level has definitely been one of the biggest highlights of my life so far-it's something I worked hard for and something I'll always be proud of.

• 5) How have your achievements and challenges made you a better sportsperson?

  In any sport, especially football, you face a lot of challenges-whether it's injuries, setbacks, or tough moments on and off the pitch. Through those challenges, you build both physical and mental strength. When you go through pain, start your rehab, and fight your way back, you come out stronger. It's in those moments that you really grow. I believe those experiences don't just make you a better sportsperson, they shape you into a stronger person overall.

• 6) If you had to go for a jog with a famous athlete, who would you choose? And what questions would you ask them?

  If I could go for a jog with any famous athlete, it would definitely be Cristiano Ronaldo. I think his level of discipline is unmatched, and just being around someone like that would teach me so much. I'd want to ask him about his diet, recovery routines, and especially the mental side of the game-how he stays focused, driven, and consistent. He's achieved everything in football, so there's a lot to learn from his mindset and lifestyle.

• 7) How do you help people stay motivated?

  I think the key to keeping someone motivated is reminding them of the goals they set from the very beginning. I make sure they understand what it takes-how many sessions, the level of effort-and keep them focused on the bigger picture. I believe strongly in discipline, and I try to pass that mindset on. But it's also important to enjoy the process. If you're having fun and love the game, it's much easier to stay motivated and keep showing up.

• 8) What makes you a Superprof in sports?

  What makes me a Superprof in sports is the journey I've been on since I started at 5 years old. I studied Sports Science in college, then went on to play professional football from the age of 17 to 20. Even after a major injury set me back, I never stopped learning and growing. I've gained a lot of experience both as a player and as a coach-working in schools and running many 1-to-1 sessions. I've developed a good eye for spotting what someone is doing well and what needs improvement. On top of that, I know how to motivate people based on their personality, which helps bring out the best in them.
