I'm a passionate sports instructor specializing in gymnastics, yoga, and Pilates. My teaching style is dynamic, engaging, and tailored to each student's ability level. I prioritise creating a supportive environment where communication is encouraged. My approach is flexible, ensuring that classes are never too challenging, and I adjust to students' needs.
The reason I love teaching in these areas is the profound impact it has on people's lives—be it through enhancing physical fitness, instilling discipline, or promoting mental well-being. My approach to tutoring in gymnastics, yoga, and Pilates is centered on personalisation, progression, and mindfulness. As a professional gymnast with intermediate knowledge in yoga and Pilates, I tailor each session to align with the individual's skill level, with durations ranging from 30 minutes to a full hour.
For gymnastics, my focus is on foundational skills, strength building, and flexibility. Each class begins with a warm-up to prepare the body, followed by skill-specific drills, and concludes with a cooldown to promote recovery. In teaching children, I incorporate playful and engaging methods to foster a love for the sport while ensuring safety and proper technique.
In yoga and Pilates classes, I emphasize breath control, alignment, and core engagement, gradually guiding students from simple to more complex poses or movements. This mindful progression helps to build confidence and body awareness. Whether working with kids, where I cultivate a fun and supportive environment, or with adults, where I focus more on deepening their practice and providing a challenging yet accessible experience, I ensure that each session is structured to meet the needs and goals of the participants.
My goal is to create an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere where students of all ages and levels can grow, improve, and enjoy their journey in sports and wellness.
