About Matt
I am a Registered Nurse and nursing educator with experience across emergency nursing, mental health, remote area practice, clinical teaching, and healthcare governance.
I worked at one of the top universities in Australia as a lecturer for the School of Nursing & Midwifery. I have moved on now, and work in senior level management for healthcare organizations, and advisory bodies.
But one problem remained, I still love teaching students! So here I am!
I provide structured, professional tutoring that helps students build confidence, understand key concepts, and apply theory to real clinical practice. My approach is clear, supportive, and practical, with a focus on safe, evidence-informed nursing care.

My tutoring is practical, clear, and focused on helping students understand concepts rather than memorise them. I break topics down step by step and use real clinical examples to connect theory with practice.
Lessons are usually 60 minutes and can cover nursing, anatomy and physiology, clinical reasoning, placement preparation, assignments, care plans, and case studies.
I am a Registered Nurse and nursing educator with experience in emergency, mental health, remote area, and clinical teaching. I now work in senior management, but still enjoy teaching!
Having been involved extensively for hiring, recruitment and interviewing new graduates, I also offer students and professionals interview preparation.
My lessons are suited to Diploma, Bachelor, and post-graduate level students of clinical sciences and allied health.
