I am a student who is very compassionate about fittness and loves guiding and teaching about fittness. There are a lot of misconceptions imposed on the public by the media. I would love to say why you are not loosing weight even after dieting. Processed food is not always the enemy and whole foods are not always best for fat loss. So would love to work with you.
