I am specifically trained for the Natural Science and Technology department, however, I do have experience in the English language department and the Social Sciences department. I have 8 months teaching these subjects and observing learners. I have 2 months experience in teaching English online as a Language Consultant.
More than anything, I believe that a lesson should be learner oriented and there should be less teacher talking time. I always encourage learners to participate in the lesson.
Achieving good grades are one of the goals in a lesson, however, I like to focus on whether a student is able to not only understand, but also apply the knowledge.
