About Fatima
I am the founder and lead instructor of Blossoms self-defence.
Blossoms self-defence aims to equip, empower and enlighten all women in their everyday lives by unleashing confidence and power that comes with it. Fatima (founder and lead instructor) has 9 years of martial arts experience and trained in various disciplines such as Systema, Kickboxing, Jiu jitsu and more. She has been running continuous affordable self-defence classes for 3 years and worked on many projects associated with safety training for different occupations. Physical self-defence is the last-resort and is very possible with a simple, effective 3-step method using a variety of martial arts techniques catered for women to escape physical confrontations.
